We offer FREE SHIPPING (within the USA only) on all orders of $75 or more.
Orders are shipped either via Insured FedEx Ground/Home Delivery,
or via Insured USPS Mail (upgraded shipping is available at an extra charge. Please select your choice of shipping options during check-out).
Most orders are shipped from our West Palm Beach, Florida facility, some orders may be shipped from our other US locations, and on a regular base take anywhere
from 2-4 business days to ship. You will always receive detailed shiping information on the day of shipping (tracking or delivery confirmation #).
Shipping during peak holiday seasons such as November and December, may take a few extra business days.
International Shipping: Import taxes and duties (VAT) are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to
determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick
the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government
regulations prohibit such behavior.
Special Order Items
Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery for products marked as Special Order Items. Shipping time can be reduced if we are able to ship your order directly from the manufacturer to you. Special Order Items are final sales,
we can not accept return for these items. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 14 days for a replacement or a refund (less shipping charges).
You must request a RAM # (Return Authorized Merchandise #) from Customer Service (write "Requesting RAM #" in the
subject line) prior to returning the item. Package received without an RAM # may be returned to sender and will delay your refund process.
Items purchased with the “Free Shipping" option will be charged a minimum of $6.95 for shipping/handling expenses. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

How to report damaged items during shipping?
If the item was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 business days
by writing to: customerservice@made2shop.com - write "Damaged Item" in the
subject line for faster processing.
