If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund (less shipping charges). You must request a RA # (Return Authorization #) from Customer Service prior to returning the item. Package received without an RA # may be returned to sender and will delay your refund process.
Items purchased with the “Free Shipping" option will be charged a minimum of $6.95 for shipping/handling expenses. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
